Pre-meeting – Youth in Life Science

Sunday, 7 September 2025
13:00 – 15:00
University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (UCT Prague)

A pre-meeting will be held prior to the main event. A selected group of high school students will meet and give short presentations about themselves and the research they are involved in.

Youth in Life Science

Youth is the hope and future for a sustainable human society on planet Earth and this applies everywhere we look, including life sciences.

Selected high school students, laureates of the ‘Student Professional Activities’ competition, some of whom were awarded by the Learned Society of the Czech Republic, were invited to present the results of their competitive student projects in the field of life sciences, biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology and genetics.

CSBMB thus wants to recognize their talent, diligence and love for science, as well as to enable them to establish contacts in the community of the life science researchers.

All congress attendees are welcome to join this session.
