Important Update: Abstract & Registration Deadline Extended – New Date: 30 June 2025

We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you may have experienced while submitting your registration and abstract. Unfortunately, we encountered some temporary technical issues, which may have affected the functionality of the submission system and caused complications for some participants.

In light of these circumstances and to ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity to participate, we have decided to extend both the early registration deadline and the abstract submission deadline until 30 June 2025. This extension specifically aims to accommodate those who were affected by the technical problems.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

The official language of the congress is English only.

Abstract Requirements:

Maximum 250 words (excluding title and affiliations).
Must be formatted in Microsoft Word using Arial, size 12, single-spaced.
All abbreviations must be spelled out in full when first mentioned.
The abstract title should not exceed 200 characters.
Maximum file size: 5 MB (accepted formats: DOC, DOCX, or PDF).

Submission Process:

You can submit your abstract under one of the listed TOPICS. Please select only one topic and indicate whether you are applying for a short oral communication or a poster presentation.

The Scientific Committee will review your submission and either confirm your choice or suggest a different category.

Notification of acceptance and final presentation format will be announced by June 30, 2025.
